Lorena Rebolledo
Lawyer, Central University of Chile (2001). She has a Diploma in Criminal Procedure Reform in Universidad Central. She works since year 2002 in the Unit Specialized in Illicit Traffic of Drugs and Narcotics of the General Prosecutor’s Office. She has done work of teaching at the University Andres Bello. She currently teaches the Carabineros of Chile (uniformed police), Directorate of Education, Doctrine and History Drugs and Narcotics area.

In the program of Drug Treatment Courts (DTC), she serves since year 2006 as national coordinator of DTC on behalf of General Prosecutor’s Office. She has participated in supervision of working groups, field visits, exchange of experts, and various trainings to actors of DTC Program. Currently she is a member of the Inter-Governmental Committee Drug Treatment Courts, convened by the Ministry of Justice.

She has collaborated with other institutions in the development of work materials on the subject of DTC. Thus, participated on behalf of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Chile in the publication of the Organization of American States (OAS) called: Establishing Drug Treatment Courts: Strategies, Experiences and Preliminary Outcomes.
