Robin Cuff
Robin Cuff is the Manager of the Toronto Drug Treatment Court Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Toronto.  Robin’s education and training spans the fields of business, theology, human resource management, counseling and addictions.  She is a faculty member of the William Glasser Institute for Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management. To her role in DTC, Robin brings 11 years of leadership in the field of addiction and related services.

In 1999, Robin became the Executive Director of The Homestead, a women’s addiction treatment program in downtown Toronto.  That experience sparked her passion for serving clients who struggle with addictions.  Since that time, she has managed various programs, including: a young parent resource center with an onsite child care center and high school for pregnant and parenting teenagers; a child care training program for immigrant women; a multi-disciplinary treatment program for women with addictions who were pregnant and parenting and brought their children to the program; a withdrawal management center (detox) for women; an addictions assessment and referral program; and, an addictions capacity building and community partnership program.  Over the past five years, Robin has been a member of the working committee which developed the Best Practices for Women’s Addiction treatment in Ontario and planned the first Ontario Women’s Addictions Conference.  She also assisted with the development of the Ontario provincial standards for Withdrawal Management Centers.
