National Commission
The National Drug Control Council (NCODC) was established in 2002 to replace the National Anti-Drug Committee (NDAC), established in 1986. The National Drug Control Council operates under the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development and is integrated By an executive organ, five (5) technical working groups and one special interest working group.
