Treatment Alternatives to Incarceration for Drug-Dependent Offenders

Group 3















Purpose of the action: To allow participants (judicial system, including individual judges and prosecutors; treatment centers; individual health care professionals; city officials; national representatives in the area of drug treatment) to study and compare different models of treatment alternatives to incarceration.
