Venta de drogas: El estudio encontró que aproximadamente el 43% de venta de drogas eran hechas por pandilleros.

Distribución de drogas: el estudio encontró que menos de la mitad de los pandilleros que vendían drogas tenían control o manejaban la distribución de ésta.

Demográficas:

Sexo: 94% de los pandilleros involucrados en la venta eran hombres y el 6 % mujeres.

Edad: El 45% tenían entre 15-17 años, el 28% entre 18-24 años, el 21% menos de 15 años, y el 5% mas de 24 años.

Raza: El 34% eran de origen africano, el 29% de origen hispano, el 29% blanco, el 6 % de origen asiático, y el 2% era de otros orígenes.

Año de inicio: El estudio encontró una relación entre el año en que los jóvenes se habían involucrado con las pandillas y la venta de drogas. Drug Sales: The study found that an average of 43% of gang members were responsible for drug sales.

Drug Distribution: The study found that less than half of the gang members who are responsible for drug sales have any control or are in charge of distribution.

4. Year of Onset: The study found that there was a rela- tionship between the year in which the members joined their gangs and their involve ment in selling drugs. Of the ones joining before 1980 45% were selling drugs, between 1981-1985 about 48%, be tween 1986-1990 about 47%, between 1991- 92 about 43%, between 1993-94 about 41%, and between 1995-1999 about 35%.
