Project
Description: |
CICAD
and the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA)
are developing a program to help member states assess the current and
potential demand for substance abuse treatment services, and thus plan for
a range of treatment programs to meet different patient needs at different
stages of their recovery (see MEM
indicator No. 15). A pilot project to
test a standard method of continuous record-keeping in drug treatment
centers will begin in October 2003 in Argentina and Ecuador. |
