Description: |
Periodically
CICAD convenes a Group of Experts on Chemical Substances to address
specific problems or needs identified related to the control of

of Experts can be called upon to address is broad and in the past has
included the development of model regulations as well as the preparation
of guides and reference tools for the control of chemicals. The Group
meets when directed to do so by the CICAD Commission to address specific
problems or issues related to the control of chemical substances that can
be used in the production of illicit drugs.
