United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) have been working
together to prepare a technical but practical manual on the safe
disposal of chemicals used in the manufacture of illicit drugs.
UNODC maintains the “Guidelines for Safe Handling and Disposal of
Chemicals Used in the Illicit Manufacture of Drugs” on its web page.
